Closed-loop Stepping System
This product, 3-phase and high voltage stepping system from MDHV series designed by Bestintech, adopts high-speed DSP closed-loop control design to completely improve the out-of-step phenomenon from stepping motor when over-loading and high-revolution; besides, it can increase the accurate stability and reliability when using. The low-speed performance is better than servo motor. With the USB/RS485 communication design, it efficiently simplifies the system complexity and integrates all functions and programmable design for motion control to reach motion control process without motion control card or PLC.

- Stepping motor system：Using 3-phase stepping motor that is more stable and fully compatible with Servo (MDLV) or AC-Servo (MDHV)
- Protection and alarming mechanism：Emergency-stop, over-loading, overshoot, over-heat protection and ALM output
- Supports 10-point (MDLV) / 4-Point (MDHV) programmable output：Be able to complete ALM, INP and external I/O control
- Supports 8-point (MDLV) / 7-point (MDHV) programmable input：Be able to complete home(origin) return, limit+ and limit- protection, emergency-stop, normal-stop, driver enable, and in-position slowdown command
- Compatibility of pulse input：Supports differential pulse input (open-loop only)
